Build large pumping stations using low-head, high-flow pumps to solve the contradiction of “large capacity and low head”. Multiple pumps can operate in parallel, allowing flexible scheduling according to irrigation area.

Establish an efficient deep-well-to-ground reservoir system. High-head pump models are selected to overcome terrain elevation differences. Submersible electric pumps are preferred to reduce pumping station construction costs.

Use solar or wind power to drive pumps, achieving zero fuel cost. DC or AC pump systems are selected based on available solar/wind resources, with energy storage systems for power buffering.
