Small and medium wastewater stations often require several pumps rather than one large pumping unit.
For a project in Nawasiwa, the customer ordered 40 submersible sewage pumps in three different sizes to cover a range of drainage and wastewater transfer duties.
The smallest selected unit is the 50WQ10-15-1.5kW, designed for a rated flow of 10 m³/h.
For intermediate capacity, the 50WQP15-15-2.2kW provides 15 m³/h at a 15 m head.
Where a higher water volume must be handled, the 65WQP25-12-3kW increases the rated capacity to 25 m³/h.
Together, the three models create a flexible pump package for different parts of the wastewater system.
Suitable Installation Areas
These submersible sewage pumps can be considered for applications such as:
- sewage collection pits
- basement drainage
- wastewater tanks
- small pumping stations
- industrial drainage
- rainwater and dirty-water transfer
Their submerged installation means no separate suction pipeline is required. The pump can be lowered directly into the collection area and connected to the discharge pipeline.
For projects using many pumping points, having several flow and power options also makes future maintenance and replacement planning easier.
The 40-unit Nawasiwa order was prepared according to the customer’s confirmed pump specifications and export requirements.
