The customer needed a deep well pump capable of supplying a large volume of water continuously from an underground source.
The required operating point was:
100 m³/h flow at 90 m head
To meet this duty, we supplied a 2205 stainless steel submersible borehole pump.
The 100 m³/h capacity allows the pump to handle substantial daily water demand, making it suitable for applications such as irrigation systems, industrial water supply, storage tanks and centralized groundwater distribution.
At the same time, the 90 m pumping head provides sufficient pressure to overcome elevation differences and pipeline resistance.
The complete pump operates below the water surface, reducing suction limitations and simplifying the above-ground pumping arrangement.
Another important feature is the use of Duplex Stainless Steel 2205. This material offers a strong combination of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for deep well equipment that remains submerged for extended periods.
The final pump solution provided the required balance of capacity, pressure and material durability for the customer’s water supply system.
